The handle has a beautiful diamond-shaped design which I find very easy and comfortable to hold, even when I’m preparing a large meal for a party with several guests. I love that the handle is sleek, just like the blade, making the whole set a chic addition to my countertop.

I love the dark brown wood and that there are slots that hold three steak knives on each side, keeping them within reach but out of the way.

While the knives are dishwasher safe, I’m hand washing them, as I want them to stay in tip-top shape for as long as possible. It’s easy to do with just a quick swipe with soap and water. Each knife that’s been used gets dried thoroughly before I put it away in its designated spot in the block too.
