In the r/castiron subreddit, users mourning the loss of a beloved stovetop waffle maker from Lodge are taking matters into their own hands by starting a change.org petition to bring the old-school cookware back. “We urge Lodge Cast Iron to listen to its customers' needs and desires and bring back the production of their beloved cast iron waffle,” the petition pleads. So far, 169 enthusiasts have already signed the appeal.
