Since purchasing, I’ve reached for these bowls almost daily for multiple meals. The flat base means I can serve a main dish with sides on the same plate without accidentally mixing them, and I can also scoop foods like rice and saucy casseroles with the help of the raised edges.

The plates are 8 inches wide and have a capacity of 30 ounces. I’ve found that this is a great size for a large salad, rice bowl, or a big serving of pasta. While they are on the larger side, I like the shape and feel of these plates so much that I have found myself using them for even smaller meals like oatmeal, avocado toast, or a sandwich.

These pasta bowls feel sturdy and high-quality thanks to their stoneware construction, and the textured border and matte bone glaze add to the artisanal look. I love reaching for them when hosting because they elevate my tablescape and look so much more expensive than they are.
